If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason, we require at least 48 hours’ notice via email ( paulosurfnorthshore@gmail.com ) before your lesson begins for any refunds to be processed. In case of cancellations from the client’s side, a 5% fee will be deducted to cover payment platform charges.
A rescheduled lesson is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Additionally, a lesson cannot be rescheduled more than once.
In case the lesson needs to be rescheduled within 48 hours, a non-refundable $50 fee will be charged.
No refunds are processed for video or photo packages once the files have been delivered.
We will contact you promptly if the lesson location needs to be changed due to weather conditions. If, for any unforeseen circumstances, your lesson is canceled from our end, we will notify you and attempt to arrange another suitable date or time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Only email communication will be considered valid for any refunds or cancellations.
Late Arrival Policy:
Clients are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled lesson time. Late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time or cancellation of the lesson at the discretion of Kahu Surfing School.
Due to instructor scheduling, ocean conditions, and other bookings, Kahu Surfing School is not obligated to provide the full lesson duration or reschedule lessons for clients who arrive late. No refunds, credits, or additional time will be provided for missed lesson time caused by late arrival.
If a client arrives late and the lesson can no longer be conducted safely or without affecting other scheduled lessons, Kahu Surfing School reserves the right to cancel the lesson without refund.
